How it works:
Please arrive at the starting venue between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM and show your Eventbrite ticket to the venue staff. Once your ticket is verified, you will receive your wristband for the crawl. After checking in, you are welcome to stay at the venue until 10:00 PM or continue on to the next stops on the route.

This is the final stop of the night. All participants should head here at 12:00 AM to finish the crawl and enjoy the final 4th of July celebration.

All guests must begin at the starting venue in order to pick up their wristband. You cannot access the crawl as intended without checking in first. Once you have your wristband, you may visit the remaining venues included on the schedule and then make your way to the final venue at 12:00 AM.

This is a self-guided bar crawl, which means there are no hosts or guided groups moving from venue to venue. You will use the digital crawl map to follow the route on your own and visit each stop during its assigned hours. Be sure to review the map in advance for venue times, route details, and any drink specials offered at select locations.

• Check In At The First Stop On Time: Have your Eventbrite tickets ready during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 10:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no Wristband Pass, no entry.
• Note Club Schedule: Each venue's scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Wristband Entry Passes (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
• Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

• Age Requirement: You must be 21+ years of age with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
• Wristband Entry Pass: Your Wristband Entry Pass is your key to entry. You must present your Pass or at each venue to qualify for select drink specials and entry. Wristband Passes must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No Wristband Pass, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
• Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. The organizer, along with its affiliates, participating venues, staff, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, death, loss, theft, or damage that may occur in connection with the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
