2. Wednesday, February 8, 2023: Railroads, Sex Scandals, and Disease, 6:30 pm–9:00 pm

This is week two of Everything about Denver, focusing on the emergence of the city, complete with sex scandals, the impact of the Leadville silver boom, and how tuberculosis shaped the community.  The cost is $15.00 at 1330 Monroe Street.

 3. Wednesday, February 15, 2023: An Era of Upheaval, 6:30 pm–9:00 pm

During the early 20th century, Denver was a center of radical and liberal upheavals.  On the heels of this, the Ku Klux Klan swept the community in the 1920s.  The cost is $15.00 at 1330 Monroe Street.

 4. Wednesday, February 23, 2023: Denver since World War II, 6:30 pm–9:00 pm

The final session looks at the shaping of Denver over the last 75 years.  Included is a discussion of what the city is constantly seeking to reshape itself on the basis of someplace else, the rise of its crazy sports fixation, the politics behind DIA, and where the city is headed.  The cost is $15.00 at 1330 Monroe Street.
