pghAT Walking Club

Welcome to the pghAT Walking Club!
Join us for a fun, energizing walk around the beautiful Highland Park Reservoir. Whether you love walking or are just getting started, everyone’s welcome—this outing is for all fitness levels. Along the way, we’ll explore simple Alexander Technique ideas to help you move with more ease, coordination, and enjoyment—together with a friendly group of fellow walkers.

We’ll meet at 3:30 PM by the fountain in front of the reservoir steps (be prepared to walk up one flight of stairs). Free street parking is available.
The walk will last about an hour and will be led by Emily and Mike from pghAT.
