pghAT Walking Club

Welcome to the pghAT Walking Club!

Join us for a fun and invigorating walk in Highland Park. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Investigate new ideas from Alexander Technique that can help you improve your walking coordination & overall enjoyment of movement with other like-minded individuals.

We'll meet at 9:00 am at the fountain near the entrance of the park.. The walk will last approximately 1 hour and will be around the resevoir. Emily & Mike from pghAT will lead this activity.
