Come join us for a refreshing walk in Schenley Park on April 26th! Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Investigate new ideas from Alexander Technique that can help you improve your walking coordination & overall enjoyment of movement with other like-minded individuals.

We'll meet at 9:00 am at the entrance to Phipps Conservatory. The walk will last approximately 1 hour and will follow the foot paths in Schenley Park. Emily & Mike from pghAT will lead this activity.
