Hello People - I don't want to tempt fate but I am back!!! And 'we' have an Ultra to train for. Soooooo get your stuff ready for a run tomorrow night in the Pentlands.
We're meeting at Nine Mile Burn, ready to run at 6.30pm. It will be 6 miles, 8 tops (ish) and a whole lot of photos, chat and sweeties - I need to catch up!!!
