"Shae came out during the pandemic and has been navigating identity, spirituality, and what it means to rebuild from the inside out ever since. Raised in the church, she's no stranger to the complicated intersection of spirituality and queerness — and she knows firsthand how much it matters to have people in your corner when you're finding your way. She lives in Salem, Oregon with her wife Ash, their tortoiseshell cat Jaxon, and a shared love of nature, good games, and creative work — she's a musician and digital marketer by trade. One day, she hopes to help create a sanctuary where queer people healing from religious trauma can find real, professional support in a place that truly feels safe."
