PF Pickup Ball Hockey with Hockey Canada’s Natalie Spooner and Emma Maltais

Are you ready to train like a pro? Then get ready for PF Pickup, a special outdoor pickup ball hockey event, hosted by Olympic & World Champion athletes Natalie Spooner and Emma Maltais and our favourite sports broadcaster, Donnovan Bennett.

They’ll be running drills and skills, sharing pro fitness and recovery tips, and coaching you—their team—to victory. We’ll supply the gear, you supply the energy. Whether you’re on the rink or cheering from the sidelines, you’re not going to want to miss this one.
