The PF Leadership Course is an offer for all students interested in growing their leadership competencies and learning about student democracy, as we aim to share our experiences to empower you to improve student life.
In this final meeting we’ll have a workshop on different aspects of PF. We’ll brainstorm different topics and areas that the Board of PF might work with. The use of this workshop will be to inspire you with different topics that might be used for a Board candidacy. In this workshop we will also provide different material and inspiration that you might be able to use for this candidacy while also covering all the practical aspects of the process.
BEU (The Board’s Evaluation Committee) is a group of former PF board members getting together to share their experiences and learnings from their time in PF. We are organizing and running this course with the end goal of ensuring we have competent leaders and thus a competent board in PF, if one would be interested in that.
The themes for the meetings are inspired by our experiences and will use real examples from our time in the PF Board. Towards the end of the course we will dive into the union, the election process for the board, and brainstorming topics that a coming board might work with. Participation in this course is completely voluntary and by participating in one or all of the meetings does not bind one to pursuing the PF Board.
We (BEU) will prepare breakfast and lunch for all you lovely people in the PF Hallway at 10. The meeting will take place in the PF hallway in the rooms Alpha, Beta and Gamma.
