We are well on planning our next event - Petrolhedz Christmas Toy Run!! We have nearly 750 little kids, (approved by Social Services etc) from around the Newry area and as far as Dromore and Hillsborough, who, without people like you and me, will wake up on Christmas morning with nothing, not even a Christmas dinner or toy from Santa. Let's do this folks... Petrolhedz are planning another Fun Rally, a short route, going from Newry to Warrenpoint, Rostrevor, Hilltown, Rathfriland, Banbridge and back to Newry, finishing at the Mourne Country hotel, where we have a function room reserved. The entry fee is a minimum of a toy, to donate to a little child for Christmas. Or if you prefer cash in the collection bucket. We suggest £20?? The more the better but we understand it's Christmas in our houses too and things may also be tough for us. No pressure. But let's make it fun! We ask everyone to come in Fancy Dress - minimum Santa hat and Christmas jumper! And decorate your car too!! Car, van, whatever you have.
