Petra Börnerová band is a project of Czech vocalist Petra Börnerová and her husband, Slovakian drummer & guitarist Tomáš Bobrovniczký and their son Tomáš. Their repertoire is based on covers and also original folk- blues compositions. Petra can tell a story in a song, with lots of technique to spare. The band have an interesting, light approach to blues which makes their performances intimate and engaging. In 2024 the band started to cooperate with bass player Taras Vološčuk, originally born in Ukraine and currently living in Prague since 1999. He is a well recognized double bass jazz player in Czech republic (Čechomor, Suzanne Vega, Limbo).
Petra Börnerová band has already given hundreds of concerts, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in a number of other European countries (HU, SK, PL, DE, AT, CH, CRO, IT, FR, SRB).

- Petra Börnerová trio represented in June 2023 The Czech Republic at the "European Blues Challenge 2023" in Poland.
