Are you looking to give the newest RFV catering business Petit Mont-Blanc a try but haven’t had the chance? They will be serving up their famous raclette sandwiches Fri-Sun (March 3-5th) at Wagner Park in Aspen for the World Cup. Service hours will be 11am- 9pmish. What is a raclette sandwich you ask??
These sandwiches are a Swiss/French dining tradition. A portion of imported cheese is melted to gooey perfection. The cheese is then scraped into a fresh local sourdough baguette, topped with crisp french cornichons and imported salty italian prosciutto. There is also a vegetarian option.
Big B’s hot apple cider and chips are also available for purchase.
