About this Event
Petanque Social play. Beginners welcome. Free and no cost to play. Ages 8 to 80+. Everyone gets to play. Petanque is a strategy and skill game similar to Bocce. The game goes by the name Boules in France. There is equipment (boules) you can use and we love to teach new folks the game. Play starts at 1 pm on Sundays at Miller Park in Winston-Salem. Usually we play until after 4 pm and sometimes much later. Many Sundays we go out to eat afterwards. If you are new to petanque, then come at 12:30 pm and get a short lesson before regular play starts. We would love to meet you. New friends are always welcome. Call with any questions...
