Start in our flower rows and handpick your own bouquet to take home. Then, head to the workshop table to learn the foundations of sourdough — from caring for your starter to mixing, shaping, and scoring your dough. You’ll knead, laugh, and learn alongside fellow bread lovers while surrounded by the scent of flowers and fresh air.
Each guest will leave with a jar of active sourdough starter, a ready-to-bake loaf, your handmade bouquet, and the confidence to keep baking at home.
