Start your Saturday with a peaceful morning of yoga surrounded by the flower fields at Parker Flower Farms!
Led by Yoga Instructor Mary Slaton, this gentle one-hour flow is designed for all levels, blending easygoing stretches and mindful movement in a relaxed, uplifting setting.
Whether you’re a regular on the mat or completely new to yoga, Petals & Poses is all about slowing down, moving your body, and enjoying a beautiful fall morning at the farm.

Additional sunflowers and wildflowers will be available for purchase separately.
🌻 AFTER CLASS
Your ticket includes admission for the day, so you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the farm after class. Our regular Open Farm Day begins at 10 AM.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Towel
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather
Parker Flower Farms is an outdoor working farm, and class will take place on grass.
