Yoga & Sound Healing
Enjoy a joyful and invigorating outdoor yoga session designed to nurture connections and enhance mindfulness. Safia will guide you through an all-levels flow, complemented by sound healing techniques to promote deep relaxation and inner peace.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
Plant Sale
Discover a variety of seasonal herbs and plants for sale, including lemongrass, kale, sage, lemon eucalyptus, and large indoor plants, available for purchase onsite.
