Let’s celebrate National Pumpkin Day with a little movement and a lot of creativity! Join us for Petals & Pilates, a cozy fall gathering that kicks off with a 50-minute Pilates class to get you feeling strong and centered. Then, we’ll switch gears and dive into a 45-minute floral workshop, where you’ll build your own beautiful bouquet inside a pumpkin — the perfect seasonal keepsake.💫 Here’s what to know:

• Doors open at 12:45 PM — come early to get settled!
• We’ll start right at 1:00 PM, and the doors will close once class begins.
• Please bring your own mat and water to stay comfy and hydrated. Need a mat? You can rent one for $3.
• After Pilates, feel free to bring a change of clothes if you’d like to freshen up before the floral fun.
