The Experience
The Flow: Start your journey with a signature 45-minute guided Pilates flow led by KOI PILATES LAB. This class is designed to ground your intention, sculpt intentionally, and foster a deep body-mind connection. (Mat and props are provided!)
The Blooms: After the flow, unleash your creativity and curate your own beautiful memory with our custom build-your-own flower bar station. Select your favorite stems to take home as a tangible reminder of your self-care day.
The Treats: Treat yourself to gourmet bites and layered parfaits from the exclusive YUMM KREATIONS Pop-Up Shop, available for purchase to perfectly complement your post-workout recovery.
The Vibe: Sip complimentary drinks from our dedicated Hydration Bar, capture gorgeous rooftop content, and vibe with a community of like-minded people.
