Celebrate the lingering warmth of autumn with a handcrafted sunflower that will last all season long!
In this hands-on workshop, we'll capture the beauty of sunflowers in all their golden glory using premium wool-blend felt. You'll learn the art of hand-cutting petals and layering them to create a stunning, dimensional bloom. You can finish your flower on a long stem or as a brooch pin.
No sewing required!
We'll be using a simple glue technique with hot glue guns to assemble these cheerful flowers. Perfect for beginners, this class will teach you the basic skills needed to craft your own felt flowers at home.
Here's what you'll experience:
Learn how to hand-cut felt with precision and create realistic petal shapes

You will make one flower in class and supplies to create two more at home!

No experience is needed for these flowers made from premium wool-blend felt sheets. We will be cutting felt and using a glue gun to make the flowers.
The session is limited to only 10 people and it should take a little over 2 hours.
The class is $25 and that includes instruction and all supplies to make three long-stem flowers or brooches (your choice).
We meet at the maker's table in Curated Pueblo at 102 S Victoria Ave Suite 130 on the Pueblo Riverwalk.
Pre-registration and payment is required and the class is non-refundable. The projects and experience are unique, therefore there are no take-home supplies or instructions available if you are not able to attend the class.

The class is geared toward adults. We are using sharp scissors and hot glue guns. Kids 12 and up who have great focus and attention span are welcome to sign up if they are accompanied with an adult also registered for the class.
