Officer Julia Conner has 17 years of experience and education in responsible pet ownership and pet safety. She has been a Certified Humane Education Specialist for a decade and has provided Canine Safety programs and responsible pet ownership courses for all grade levels. In this course, Officer Conner will go over the most important aspects of being a responsible pet owner and guardian:
