Unleash your creativity in this unique and fun art class lead by Kim Valentine Carmickle! Participants will start by creating vibrant, abstract paintings on paper. Once your masterpieces are complete, you will select your favorite piece to use as the background for a one-of-a-kind pet portrait. Then, using an 8x10 picture frame, you'll paint your pet's likeness directly onto the glass, layering colors and details to bring their personality to life. No prior art experience is necessary. As a prerequisite, you MUST email Kim a photo of your pet to [email protected]. All materials are included. You must ALSO register and pay for this class by Sunday, Feb 9th at Catopia at North Star. No online registration available. Minimum of 5 and Maximum of 10, $55 plus tax.
