Pet Portrait Class with Make Space Studio

Join us for an evening of creativity in the relaxed atmosphere of Town Square! This 2-hour workshop will introduce you to the basics of pet portrait drawing, using pencil, pen, or charcoal.

We'll start with the grid method to create a base sketch and explore various shading and mark-making techniques to add tone and texture to your drawing. Experiment with different mediums to find your preferred style before starting on your final piece.

You can choose to use the provided imagery or bring your own pet photograph (or animal of choice). Email your chosen pet photo to [email protected] by 9th July, or print it out at home and bring it along - A4 size recommended!

This workshop is suitable for all experience levels.

Ages 18+.
