The City of New Carrollton Animal Control will be hosting a free event to celebrate the furry members of our community and their families. Come out with your family, friends, and pets for a good time!
The SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's County will be on-site to offer low-cost vaccines and microchips for dogs and cats only. Rabies and Distemper shots will be available. Each vaccine will be $15.00 each. Microchips will be $30.00 each. Cash and credit/debit will be accepted, no checks.
All pets must be on a leash at all times or in a pet carrier. In order for your pet to receive a 3-year rabies vaccine, prior proof of rabies shots will be required. Tags are not sufficient, please call your vet prior to the event to obtain your pets records. Low-cost clinic will be available between 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM (shorter than Pet Fest hours).
The City of Laurel Police Department will be presenting a K-9 demonstration at 2:00pm.
