Get ready to showcase your furry friends in their finest Halloween attire—whether they’re a cuddly pumpkin or a mischievous ghost, we want to see their creativity shine! You can submit your pet’s costume photos by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on Facebook at Rolla Public Library before 7pm on October 31st. Voting for winners will take place from October 31st to November 7th at 8 PM, with winners announced on Friday, November 8th.
