The Shops at La Cantera celebrates 20 Years of style and community!Pet Adoption and Free Yoga Class Friday September 19
Nomadik Yoga known for transforming spaces into places with community centered yoga invites the community to attend a free yoga experience from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday September 19 at Center Court at The Shops at La Cantera. Live DJ will provide a serene soundscape to enhance wellbeing and spirit reduce stress and promote health.
Animals also play a crucial role in promoting better health in humans as they are credited with helping to reduce anxiety depression and increase physical activity which can result in lower blood pressure and better heart health.
The Animal Defense League will hold a pet adoption just off Center Court from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday September 19 to complement the Yoga experience. The event will include a selection of adoptable pets including puppies and adult dogs to help them find their forever homes.
The Shops at La Cantera has been pet-friendly since 2018. Pets are welcome in mall common areas except the children's play area and water fountains. Be sure your pet is on a leash and that you have up-to-date vaccination tags on the collar. If you have a small dog using a carrier also is a smart way to go. Dogs at The Shops must always be under the control of their owner. Be prepared to clean up after your canine friend. If you forget to bring waste disposal bags The Shops at La Cantera will provide six waste bag dispenser sites throughout the property.
