PESTICIDE TRAINING IN SPANISH. CORE (8-22-2024) & PRIVATE (8-23-2024)

This class will be taught in Spanish and is intended to increase English comprehension of terminologies relevant to the subject matter. However, participants must have certain English reading and comprehension skill to pass a pesticide test that is only given in English.

Esta clase se impartirá en español y está diseñada a aumentar la comprensión en inglés de terminologías relevantes para el tema. Sin embargo, los participantes deben tener habilidades de lectura y comprensión en inglés para aprobar una prueba de pesticidas que solo se da en inglés.

Doors open: 8:30 AM 9:00 AM

Lecture: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Exam: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Must have a voucher to test same day.

To Take the Exam on the Day of the Class. All examinees will need to obtain a voucher prior to testing. Here is how to get your voucher. Before attending the class, go online to https://pesticideexam.ifas.ufl.edu . Then click on “Apply for Examination,” and then on the 487 option. Now click on the “Exam Sign Up (Obtain a New License)” link. Then select one of three license type. Complete the application. After completion, select the Core and Private option. Proceed as indicated. Please print the voucher and bring it with you on the day of the class. Questions?
