Our signature Grand Tasting Event is back!On Saturday, October 29, 2022, Perú Fusion returns with the city’s best gastronomical affair. We’re bringing the best Peruvian restaurants, an impressive roaster of celebrated chefs, and the most sought-after pisco brands under one beautiful space for an afternoon of foodie bliss. Step into our culinary wonderland to experience a food event unlike any other. Our culinary celebration will once again present guests with unprecedented access to an afternoon of all you can eat, drink and savor from an array of dishes that celebrate the new face of Peruvian gastronomy in the United States.
Here’s what’s included in your ticket:
- Taste unlimited delicious tastings from the best local Peruvian restaurants.
- Join our culinary demonstrations with celebrity chefs including Miguel Aguilar; winner of The Food Network’s TV’s show “Chopped” and a runner-up of Esquire TV's show “Knife Fight.” You’ll be up close and personal as they demonstrate new Peruvian food recipes relying on unique ingredients, long lasting cooking traditions and diverse culinary techniques.
- Enjoy a special musical performance of colorful mysticism and passion by the band Festejation playing psychedelic cumbia, and criolla and Afro-Peruvian music.
