Peru Retreat: Journey Into the Sacred

​​Our Journey Into the Sacred Retreat is a transformative seven day co-ed experience for men and women in the heart of the Peruvian Andes. Our home away from home is the beautiful and serene Munay Sonqo Retreat Center, whose name means "Loving Heart" in Quechua. Intentionally designed as a haven for deep reflection, healing, and connection with the land, Munay Sonqo is tucked in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley—a region known for its powerful, transformative energy. Here, we’ll spend a week immersed in movement, mindfulness, cultural exploration, nature, sacred rituals, and healing foods prepared by a team of Peruvian chefs.
With expert local guides, we’ll hike through breathtaking landscapes and explore magnificent archaeological sites including the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu, Pisac and Moray. Along the way, we’ll connect with local artisans, healers, farmers and musicians who will share their traditions, ceremonies and stories, offering us an intimate glimpse into Andean culture.
