Two weeks to go before the Perth Japan Festival!Very exciting times ahead as we now do final preparations for our model rail display. The displays we have decided on showcasing are as follows:
• Unoki - a 1/80 scale rural narrow gauge railway. Small spaces can have big ideas and we demonstrate how anyone can join in.
• An assortment of N scale items on static display. Japanese N has positive points of ownership such as reliability, affordability and plenty of unique characteristics to suit everyone.
• A unique Tomy Takara magnetic levitation vehicle will be doing laps on track. Using the maglev principle alone, the railset floats forward at a rapid pace.
• A loop of the Tomix moving bus system will also be on show. A motorised bus enhances scenery on your model railway.
The Perth Japan Festival 2026 event starts at 11am. We hope to see you there!
