After the sold out success of the 2023 Perth International Classical Guitar Festival be treated to a fiesta of solo and ensemble performances, masterclasses and workshops in a stunning day of guitar artistry featuring London-based Bulgarian guitarist Pavel Ralev, and the UWA Guitar Studio.WHAT‘S ON!

Dr Gaby Gunders leads a session on understanding and managing music performance anxiety. Learn about its causes and the impact that mindsets, perfectionism, practice, confidence, and courage have. Discover scientifically proven techniques to manage anxiety before, during, and after performances, giving you the tools to optimise your performance experience.

Virtuoso guitarist Pavel Ralev will work with advanced young guitarists in this fascinating class.
➡️ 3:00pm - UWA Guitar Studio Concert | Southwest Sounds
The UWA Guitar Studio presents an electrifying program of solo and chamber works ahead of their 6th concert tour of WA’s South West. Join us for this special fundraising concert, where exceptional young guitarists will perform exciting works by Leo Brouwer, Robert Davidson, Mayako Kubo, and many others.

Winner of the 2021 Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition, London-based Bulgarian guitarist Pavel Ralev will present a breathtaking concert on his second concert tour of Australia. Be amazed as Ralev presents works by Ant Law, Bach, Carlo Domeniconi, Steve Reich, and Arvo Pärt.
