This program equips participants with proven communication and influence strategies that strengthen credibility, improve negotiation, enhance stakeholder engagement, and increase professional impact. Participants will learn how to structure persuasive messages, understand audience needs, overcome objections, communicate with confidence, and influence positive business outcomes while maintaining trust and professionalism.
Through business simulations, negotiation exercises, role plays, stakeholder mapping, persuasive presentations, and workplace case studies, participants will develop practical techniques for influencing colleagues, customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
