About this Event
Hammered Flower Art is an ancient Cherokee technique used to dye fabric or paper. Join us for a unique experience as you work with fresh floral to make an apron reflecting the natural beauty of your favorite flowers.
Participants will choose from a variety of fresh blooms to use to practice this technique. You will arrange the flowers in a design and imprint them on an apron using a hammer and wax paper.
Aprons make a great gift, or an item for your own house to make memories while doing creative projects or spending time making something fabulous in the kitchen.
