This special New Year’s edition of our personality analysis workshop is designed to help you uncover your unique traits and set actionable goals for 2025. Guided by an experienced psychologist, this engaging session will leave you inspired and equipped to make the most of the year ahead. Agenda: Introduction (10 minutes) Welcome by the psychologist. Brief overview of personality psychology and why understanding yourself matters. Personality Assessment (30 minutes) Participants take a fun, scientifically-backed personality test (e.g., Big Five Personality Traits or MBTI). Group discussion on personality dimensions (e.g., introversion vs. extraversion, openness to experience). Interactive Self-Discovery Activity (30 minutes) Icebreaker activity: "Traits Bingo" to find similarities/differences with others. Guided reflection on individual test results and what they reveal about participants` natural tendencies. Spotlight on Strengths (20 minutes) Personalized feedback from the psychologist to highlight key strengths. Tips for leveraging strengths in professional and personal life. Overcoming Challenges (20 minutes) Identifying personal challenges based on the assessment. Sharing effective strategies to address and overcome these challenges. Open Q&A (20 minutes) Participants ask the psychologist about their personality insights, career alignment, or interpersonal relationships. Closing & Networking (10 minutes) Provide take-home resources: a summary of their test results and action plans. Opportunity to network with other attendees over refreshments. Inclusions: Personality test results and analysis. A personal action plan to improve self-awareness and leverage strengths.
