About this Event
Join us for a nourishing afternoon of connection, breath, and deep relaxation as we welcome the energy of spring.
This guided wellness experience blends ceremonial cacao, activating breathwork, and restorative meditation to help you release what has been stagnant and reconnect with a sense of clarity, calm, and renewal.
Spring is a season of planting seeds and awakening new energy. Together we will move through practices that mirror this natural cycle, grounding first, activating life force, and then settling into stillness so the body and mind can integrate.
The gathering begins with a cacao ceremony, a powerful heart-opening ritual that has been used for centuries in many cultures to support presence, connection to Mother Nature, and intention setting. Cacao is a sacred non-hallucinogenic plant medicine that gently stimulates the heart and nervous system, creating a warm and nourishing container for the journey ahead.
From there, we move into Spring Activation Breathwork, a guided breathing practice designed to awaken energy in the body. We begin with slow grounding breaths, gradually building into more rhythmic and activating breathing patterns that help move stagnant emotion and reconnect you with your inner vitality. The breath then slows again to support nervous system regulation and prepare the body for deep rest.
We will close the evening with a guided relaxing visualization meditation, allowing the mind to create powerful imagery for one's personal growth while the body integrates the journey. In this mindfulness practice you will explore the seed of your intention taking root within you, gradually growing through gratitude awareness and expanding into unconditional Love state that fills you, the community around, and the wider world. This session will support your manifestation currents and leave you grounded, open-hearted, and renewed.
This is a welcoming, judgment-free space where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are. No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is needed.
Come plant the seeds of intention, awaken your energy, and allow yourself the space to reset and grow.
