Personal Safety Event

At Respect to Care, we believe that everyone has the right to feel safe and secure. That's why we offer this personal safety course that is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to protect yourself.

Our course covers a range of topics, including recognising and avoiding dangerous situations, understanding the law, and how to break away from an aggressive person. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the course, ensuring that you leave with the confidence and skills you need to stay safe.

The course is delivered is a sensitive, light-hearted way by facilitators who are highly experienced. Free refreshments (Tea/Coffee) will be available.
