We will introduce the basics of personal safety. This includes things like setting boundaries and body safety, ways to handle bullies, cyber safety, community situations (i.e., getting lost, tricky adults) and age-appropriate self-defense. We build assertiveness and situational awareness through hands-on activities and games.
We strive for fun and functionality in all our activities.
Two Sessions are available:
Mon-Wed 9:00-11:30
or
Mon-Wed 1:30-4:00
Cost: $100/kid
