This is an excellent course to improve your own and other people’s general wellbeing. We are currently seeing unprecedented levels of psychological distress. People need advice, help and support. Learn techniques to manage your own and others anxiety, build confidence, identify barriers and goals. Use learnt skills to make an action plan back into employment, career change, volunteering or starting your own business in the Growth industry of personal and professional performance.

By attending this course, you will learn skills to help yourself and others to improve their general wellbeing, overcome barriers, identify, and achieve both personal and professional goals. Improve your own personal development and learn skills and techniques to solve problems and navigate any situation. You will gain clarity and knowledge of self and have an action plan to move forward and achieve identified goals. You will have a progression plan leading to, for example, higher education, volunteering, employment, career change or business start-up. We will also share progression advice and opportunities for progression courses in Life Coaching and Teaching, allowing you to develop ideas for future career and business opportunities in Personal Development.

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. The link for you to join the live sessions will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

Please note there will be no class on 2nd October.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

• Complete the EVENTBRITE BOOKING.
• Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
