About Megan:

Megan McCaleb is a masterful improv trainer and creator of Improv Team Culture, with a specialty in coaching executive leadership and their teams to adopt the simple and effective principles derived from improvisation, transforming “Yeah, But” challenges into “Yes, And” solutions.

Megan is an award-winning author of her autobiography, "Not My Plan - Sucking it in Until I had to Push it Out," and an award-winning comedian. She hosts the podcast, "I Hardly Know Her," and has been the recipient of such honors as Idaho Business Review's “Accomplished Under 40” and “Women of the Year” recognitions.

Megan has an unique career background that includes corporate roles in retail bank management and FEMA grant administration, while balancing her passion for performing stand-up and improv comedy, and coaching leaders to use improv insights in their personal & professional development strategies. She’s been teaching the “Yes, And” mindset strategies on stage for over a decade, and facilitates improv seminars for the workplace with teams of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about serving others through laughter, optimism, and effective tools and is driven to create happier, healthier human connections through humor.

She serves as the VP of the Board for A New Beginning Adoption Agency, an Idaho-based nonprofit, and she resides in Idaho, USA with her four young humans, and is a rabid Jeep enthusiast.

About Caitlin:

Caitlin Copple Masingill is a PR expert who helps women leaders shape and share their stories. With placements in Fast Company, TechCrunch, and The New York Times, Caitlin's tenacity and connections always exceed expectations. She brings 15 years of strategic communications experience, working with nonprofit and business leaders, as well as political candidates, including Boise's first female Mayor Lauren McLean, and numerous issue advocacy campaigns.

In 2019, Caitlin was named to Idaho Business Review's Accomplished Under 40. A sought-after public speaker, Caitlin has delivered workshops at Alt Summit, Boise State University's Andrus Center for Public Policy's Women and Leadership Conference, Philanthropy Northwest's Philanthropy Institute, Women's Startup Lab, and NEW Leadership Idaho. She holds an M. A. in journalism from the University of Montana. Caitlin loves enjoying the outdoors with her young son, Tollie.

Prior to starting Full Swing, Caitlin worked for a social impact marketing agency as well as one of the nation's top public affairs firms, where she led communications campaigns for public lands, universal pre-K, net neutrality, and LQBTG equality. In 2012, she became the first openly queer person elected to the Missoula City Council.
