Singing activates the vagus nerve, which creates emotional regulation, a sense of connection, and supports well being. That’s why humans have been gathering to sing together since before we could speak! Join us for another evening of singing healing songs from our medicine songbook followed by time to connect around the fire and share food. We will be building community, and melting our spirits into one current of love and gratitude!Please bring a dish to share for the potluck, as well as a plate and utensils for yourself. We'll sing from about 4-6pm and then transition into potluck and hangout time. Children are welcome- we just ask that you keep an eye on them :)
