Peroni, Pizza alla Pala & Pops at 3:30pm

Join us on Father's Day with our friends at Peroni for this unique pizza class using beer crust dough made with Peroni. In this hands-on class, our chef will show you how to make this tasty Roman-style pizza alla pala, known for its thick and crispy crust and soft, fluffy center. You’ll stretch and top your own pizza alla pala while sipping on a glass of ice-cold Peroni!

During this class, you will enjoy a small antipasto tasting followed by your freshly-baked pizza alla pala accompanied with a glass of Peroni. Guests will also take home a special gift from Peroni. Non-alcoholic beverages are available upon request.
