What if being a grown-up didn’t mean growing out of PLAY?
Come move, laugh, groove, shake it out, get a little weird, and rediscover the sheer fun of being in your body. No choreography. No dance skills required. Just music, movement, and permission to PLAY.
Please sign in at the door and, if you’d like to stay updated, provide your email address. After signing in, get settled and join the opening circle on the dance floor for an introduction and brief grounding before we start.
Move, rest, stretch, sway, or relax as you feel led. After 90 minutes of conscious movement, join us back in the circle for optional sharing of your experiences and closing.
👕 Wear comfortable clothing
💧 Bring water
🦶 Dance barefoot, in socks, or dance shoes (no street shoes)
💖 Come exactly as you are
📵 Be fully present- No phones during dance please
🙏🏼 Suggested offering $10 (cash preferred, Cashapp and Venmo available)

⏰ Doors open at 6:30pm & Opening circle at 7:00pm
