Whether you're an entrepreneur or exploring pivots within your personal life, this gathering hosted by Palak and Kirsti will provide you with valuable insights, practical strategies, and a supportive network to help you learn and thrive in an ever-evolving world.

MORE ABOUT THE SPEAKERS //

Palak Dave (@embiria) is the Founder and CEO of Embiria, a lifestyle brand which inspires people to make every day an experience through gatherings, places and spaces. She has held 250+ workshops and events in wellness, creativity and food, and partnered with dozens of incredible brands such as Nespresso, Bumble and Google to curate influencer/media events and public workshops. Prior to Embiria, Palak spent 10 years in a corporate marketing career at companies including Indigo + TIFF. She is also a writer (book launch coming soon!), an Airbnb and Peerspace host, investor and community builder.

Palak’s passions include hosting and bringing people together IRL (especially over a delicious meal), exploring the world, and discovering ways to live well.

Kena Paranjape (@kena_allyouare) is the founder of All You Are, an empowerment platform and community for women who want to live life from the place of their highest expression. In addition to founding All You Are, Kena is the co-founder of recently acquired BRIKA, an innovative retail concept focused on highlighting and supporting emerging artisans and designers. Kena has 20 years of experience in retail at brands like Indigo, Joe Fresh, and Gap, as well as a high-end eco-friendly boutique concept. She was most recently the VP of Merchandising at Houseplant, Seth Rogen’s cannabis company where she was responsible for bringing to market their award-winning cannabis accessories collection. Kena is originally from the east coast, and now lives with her six year old daughter in Toronto. She has a BSc from McGill and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Jasmine Williams (@jasminewilliamsmedia) is an award-winning writer, content marketing expert, and the founder of Jasmine Williams Media, a boutique content marketing consultancy supporting industry-leading companies and visionaries. She’s also the creator behind Freelance Curious, a weekly newsletter for freelance creatives, and Click-worthy Creative Academy, an online freelance mentorship program. Jasmine helps creative entrepreneurs, consultants, and growth-stage startups scale their businesses with strategic storytelling and human-first business coaching.

Rachel Kelly (@makelemonadeco) is a motorcycle ridin’, community-buildin’, florist in Toronto and what makes her stand out is her eternal optimism and passion for colour. From the opening (and closing) of her coworking office to whipping up unique floral creations, good design is at the heart of everything she does. Rachel had an epiphany in the midst of the pandemic: her dreams were bigger than the work she was doing on her laptop.. With a degree in fine arts, a sharp set of snips, and an eye for design, she went to Toronto Flower School to scratch an itch that resulted in a full career pivot in floristry.

Andrea Grand (@drinkbarbet) is the co-founder of Barbet along with her sister. Barbet is a versatile beverage designed to empower choice - it makes a great non-alcoholic drink, but also a mixer, allowing people to #DrinkFreely without feeling pressured to make a decision that doesn’t feel natural.
