Permission to Pause is a gentle, donation-based experience designed to help women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and create space for rest, reflection, and self-care.
Through simple somatic practices, breathwork, accessible movement, and guided reflection, we'll explore what it means to work with our bodies instead of constantly pushing against them.
This is not about flexibility, fitness, or getting it right.
It's about listening.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, experiencing changes in your energy, or simply craving a moment to breathe, this class offers a supportive space to pause and reconnect with yourself.

SaBali is a somatic spiritualist, yoga teacher, and wellness educator dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and embodied awareness. Her work combines yoga, somatic practices, nervous system support, and mindfulness to create accessible experiences that honor the whole person.
