Permission Granted is an emotional wellness workshop that provides safe spaces for Black men to openly express their emotions. In the spaces where these men are “supposed” to be emotionally safe, their feelings are often dismissed, met with judgement, or used against them in retaliation.During this retreat styled workshop, we will have open discussions on manhood, barriers to expessing emotions, and how to create a safe space for yourself and other men. The attendees will leave with tools, resources and support to be able to FEEL.EXPRESS. LIVE. THRIVE!
