Day 1 – Rooting into Natural Law & Permaculture

Theme: Seeing Through Nature’s Eyes

Opening circle & intention setting: connect with land, ancestors, plants & water

Introduction to Natural Law (Zach Bush lens)

Exploring cycles of birth–growth–death–renewal

Soil, water, air & microbes as the basis of life

Rhythm & interconnection in ecosystems

Permaculture principles, ethics & design thinking (Earth Care, People Care, Fair Share)

Observation practices: silent sitting in nature, mapping sun, water, wind & biodiversity

Day 2 – Growing Systems & Plant Wisdom

Theme: Designing for Abundance & Health

Zoning: from home gardens to wild spaces

Water harvesting: ponds, swales & contour beds

Food forests & regenerative cropping

Plants as teachers; food as medicine

Tea meditation with 3–5 local herbs

Hands-on: build a herb spiral or guild around a tree, design a nutrition garden or superfood patch

Evening reflection circle: sharing family & community plant medicine stories

Day 3 – Regeneration & Integration

Theme: Becoming Earth Healers

Regeneration principles (Institute of Natural Law)

Healing soil = healing the human gut & community

Working with natural rhythms (lunar cycles & seasons)

“Letting life design life”: non-interference & co-creation

Group design projects: regenerative gardens, food forests, or community herbal projects
