Your cycle is more than your period. Discover how to work with your changing energy, understand your body and tap into your cycle power through menstrual cycle awareness and breathwork.
Period Power is an intimate 75-minute workshop exploring how understanding your cycle can change the way you relate to your body, energy and needs.
We’ll explore the different phases of the menstrual cycle and how your energy, emotions and needs may shift throughout the month — helping you recognise your own patterns and begin working with your body rather than against it.
You’ll then be guided through a nourishing breathwork practice to move out of your head, reconnect with your body and deepen that awareness.
You’ll explore:
• The four phases of the menstrual cycle• How your energy and needs can shift throughout the month• Simple ways to start working with your cycle• How to see your period and cycle as a source of information and power• Guided breathwork to reconnect with your body
The workshop will be guided by Alison, a Breathwork and Menstrual Cycle Guide, who brings together cycle awareness and breathwork to help women understand their bodies more deeply and reconnect with their natural rhythms.
No previous breathwork or cycle knowledge is needed — just curiosity about your body and what it might be telling you.
We will gather at a beautiful studio near Bermondsey Street / London Bridge, final venue TBA.
