Our perinatal workshop is designed to help support you and baby during pregnancy and postpartum - it will include yoga, meditation, breath work, stabilizing exercises, and a sharing circle. Guided by our certified perinatal instructor - Authum Rowe, RYT200 & RPYT
During our practice we will be activating the best parts of ourselves while holding space for each other.
