Perimenopause doesn’t just affect one person — it can reshape relationships, intimacy, communication, and connection.This special Peri Party Presents session is designed for women and their partners to come together and better understand the changes that happen during this life stage — especially around hormones, sex, identity, and emotional connection.
In a safe, open and lightly humorous space, we’ll unpack:

*How desire and intimacy can shift (and why that’s okay)
*Tools to support connection, communication, and pleasure
*How partners can show up, tune in, and thrive — together
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a practical worksheet to take home. Or better yet — stick around, grab some food, let the kids be looked after, and work through it together on the night.
