Peri Party / Meno Meeting
Come join me for a fun an educational community event at Lambton House! Whether you're experiencing peri or menopause, or simply want to support someone you know who is, this gathering is for you. This is a casual and informal event where you will learn from a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and connect with others going through similar experiences. This is your opportunity to ask questions, get clarity, break the silence, and challenge the taboos. Mark your calendars and get ready to discuss all things peri and meno! (Proceeds to be donated to Sistering.org - a Toronto-based shelter and service organization for women and gender-diverse individuals that aims to reduce the impact of homelessness, poverty, and substance abuse.)
