Come join us for an informative and interactive peri+ menopause workshop where we will discuss all things related to this stage of life. Whether you're experiencing symptoms or just want to learn more, this workshop is for you. Our expert speakers will cover topics such as hormone changes, managing symptoms, and self-care strategies. Keeping active, strong and mobile is important at this time - as is knowing how to de-stress, rest and bring mindfulness and awareness for our physical and mental wellbeing.
All of this will have a tremendous effect on our lives. Not just how we look but especially how we feel in our bodies and in our minds as our bodies and hormones change.
We will explore movement from a fitness perspective with strength and metabolism. The importance of stretching and mindful movement in yoga, deep rest and rejuvenation.
In this workshop, we will explain the change from perimenopause through menopause from a fitness, yoga and Ayurveda perspective to inspire and excite you for this phase of your life.
Please note:

- This workshop is geared to the peri + menopausal participants
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Wear layers so you can adjust for warm ups and relaxation
Both of us are experiencing this transition through perimenopause and beyond and have a combined 30 years of experience in teaching movement.
Anna: Passionate at positively impacting people to make changes for a happier, healthier more enriched life. Holistic approach with experience as a personal trainer in gyms and home setting, nutritional advisor, health and fitness programmes, Jay Shetty Life Coach. Hypnotherapy to make changes at a subconscious level. Previously in my 20’s a ski instructor in the Pyrenees and Scotland. Helping people to make the most of themselves to make the most of their lives.
Anja: Author of Teaching yoga for the menstrual cycle - an Āyurvedic approach. I am a yoga teacher with 18 years of experience and an āyurvedic practitioner (BSc, PGDip). I have specialised in female anatomy and physiology including menstrual health and pelvic floor. I offer classes, workshops and consultations as well as teacher training courses.
